JIM BOUDREAU

Project Architect

Jim graduated from the University of Idaho with a professional 5 year degree in Architecture.  Prior to that, Jim started his career with Miller Stauffer and ALSC Architects, both of Coeur d'Alene.   Then he joined Washington State University as a Project Manager of general construction on major capital projects.  After that he spent several years at McKinstry INW in Pullman where he oversaw the design and construction of several projects.  

Jim is an architecture/design/construction/development professional with over seventeen years of experience with expanding scope and responsibility.  He has a track record of bringing in small to multi-million dollar projects on time and under budget.  Jim has experience with all phases of residential, commercial, and institutional development from pre-design through project delivery.  He has a reputation as a resourceful hands-on architect and project manager.  Jim is NCARB registered and is a licensed architect in the states of Idaho and Washington.
